My 10 Step Cleaning System

For Fresher Brighter Healthier Carpets & Upholstery

STEP 1

A great job starts with a Fully Trained Technician who offers 100% Guaranteed & Fully insured workmanship.

You have that with David Annable who does all the work himself.

STEP 2

David will inspect the item or items to be cleaned and give you a fixed all inclusive price.

There will be no hidden charges or VAT.

STEP 3

The Carpet or Upholstery will be pre vacuumed to remove dry soil.

STEP 4

If you could remove the smaller items before I arrive, then sit back have a cup of tea.

I will move the furniture, clean and replace.

I use foil pads if there is any chance that the item will mark the carpet before it is dry.

STEP 5

Next a pre-spray is applied to loosen the soiling.

I only use Woolsafe Tested & Approved products.

I use Green, Eco Friendly & Biodegradable Products which are safe for you, your children & pets.

STEP 6

The next step is Hot Water Extraction, sometimes referred to as " steam cleaning".

Hot Water Extraction basically means that a hot cleaning solution is injected into the carpet under pressure and simultaneously extracted into the machines recovery tank.

This gives a really Deep Clean right down to the base of the carpet.

STEP 7

Any spot & stains that remain are then treated at no additional cost.

I always like to do the best job I can.

STEP 8

The use of turbo-dryers to speed up the drying process.

STEP 9

It is your choice whether you want a protective treatment applied to your Carpet or Upholstery.

STEP 10

Finally when the job is finished, you will be invited to do your own inspection.

Only when your 100% happy with the results do I pack my things away.
